Makati parking is tight: basement slots, shared condo garages, and townhouse garages where the panel is far from the car. Our Makati installs are about routing — getting a dedicated circuit to the slot cleanly and getting the admin’s sign-off where a building is involved.

What a home installation includes
- Site assessment: panel capacity, cable route, mounting point, and whether your Meralco load can take a 7kW–11kW charger without an upgrade.
- A dedicated circuit with its own breaker and RCD/RCBO protection, run in conduit — never a shared line.
- Charger mounting, surge protection where recommended, commissioning and a first charge with you present.
- Written quote before work starts. A standard installation is usually done in one day.

Frequently asked questions
Can you install in a basement condo slot?
Usually yes. The cable run is longer than a house, so the assessment checks the route from your meter or a sub-meter to the slot and whether the building needs any documentation first.
7kW or 11kW?
7kW fully charges most EVs overnight. 11kW suits higher daily mileage or a second EV, if your supply and panel allow it — we confirm this at the assessment.
