Commercial and Corporate EV Charging Installation

Hotels, hospitals, offices and fleet depots have the same three questions: how many chargers, how much power, and who keeps them working. MOEV handles all three — from the load study to the DOE paperwork to the maintenance contract.

DOE-accredited EVCS Service, Supplier and Operator (Cert. DOE-EUMB-ANA-20250708001, National Accreditation Level) · Licensed electricians · PEC-compliant · Free site assessment · Written quote before work starts

Who we install for

  • Hotels and resorts — destination charging for guests; 7kW–22kW AC units with guest access.
  • Hospitals and campuses — staff and visitor charging on shared load management.
  • Offices and corporate parks — employee charging with RFID access and departmental billing.
  • Fleet depots — overnight AC banks for delivery and service fleets; DC for high-utilisation vehicles.
  • Fuel stations and roadside — DC fast charging for travellers.

How a commercial project runs

  • Assessment — site visit, panel and transformer capacity check, parking layout, and a demand estimate based on your expected EV count.
  • Proposal — unit count and type, load management design, civil works, and a written cost. Includes the DOE EVCS notification and any LGU permit steps.
  • Installation — licensed electricians, PEC-compliant wiring, enclosures rated for outdoor use, commissioning and testing with your team present.
  • After-sales — preventive maintenance schedule, remote diagnostics, and a single point of contact for faults.

Why an accredited provider matters

The DOE accredits EVCS providers in three categories: Service, Supplier and Operator. MOEV holds all three at the national level. For a corporate buyer this means one accountable entity, traceable documentation, and an installation that will pass inspection.

Frequently asked questions

AC or DC?

AC (7kW–22kW) for anywhere vehicles park more than two hours. DC (30kW and up) only where turnaround matters — fuel stations, fleet hubs, roadside stops.

Can you work with our contractor or engineer?

Yes. We regularly install as a subcontractor under a general contractor or in coordination with the client’s in-house engineering team.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes. Preventive maintenance and remote diagnostics are available on every unit we install, on an annual contract.
